The natural spice aromas of coriander and bitter orange peels are added during the brewing process. The brewing method, which includes infusion, is very slow. The beer, which is not filtered, is bottled and refermented with yeast and brewing sugar.

This beer is developed by Lindemans brewery, using a straight juice-method. The result is a fresh fruity drink with the background of a rich bouquet of Lambic. Golden in color; with a nose that fills the room with fresh peaches. The taste is sparkling, crisp with a refreshing balance of fruit and acid.

Rodenbach Grand Cru consists of one-third young beer and two-thirds oak-matured beer for two years. The result is a complex beer with a great deal of wood and esters, vinous and with a very long aftertaste, just like a vintage wine. Rodenbach Grand Cru undergoes two stages of fermentation before it acquires its sweet-sour flavour. The first stage of fermentation is unique because top-fermentation yeasts cohabit with lactic flora: so-called mixed fermentation. It only acquires its fruity bouquet, after maturation in oak casks.

A dark ivory coloured beer with a high fermentation, this beer has one of the highest alcohol contents at 10.50%. St Bernardus uses pure filtered water, pumped up from far below the brewery and originating from rainfall from the time of Jeanne d’Arc. After brewing, the beer is bottled unfiltered, and then gets a second fermentation in the bottle, carbonating the beer in a natural way and giving the beer a beautiful and large froth. The show piece of the brewery, thanks to its soft and unconditionally genuine aroma, this beer has a smooth taste with a very fruity flavour.

Pale gold in colour with subtle aromas of smoke, lemon zest and herbs, evolving into a nice balance of malt and hops, and finishing light, crisp, semi-dry finish.

The Sculpin fish has poisonous spikes on it’s fins that can give a strong sting. The Sculpin beer showcases bright flavors and aromas of apricot, peach, mango & lemon. The lighter body also brings out the crispness of the hops. This delicious Ballast Point Ale won a gold medal at the World Beer Cup 2010 in the International Pale Ale category.

India Pale Ale style well suited for Hemingway-esque trips to the Upper Peninsula. American malts and enormous hop additions give this beer a crisp finish and incredible floral hop aroma.

Jai Alai is a monster interpretation of an American IPA. In fact, its so big that it equals the alcohol of some double IPAs on the market. Using six different hop varietals, Jai Alai posseses apricot, peach and a melange of citrus blasting forth as you nose this one. The taste continues with caramel sweetness with light notes of toasted sweet bread.

After a two year hiatus from the brewery, Mailbock has finally returned. One of the brewery's most requested seasonal beers. Maibock's silky smooth flavour is the result of authentic Munich malts and 4 months of lagering. Toffee notes and unstarted hop bitterness round out the bock experience.

Southern Pecan Nut Brown Ale is the first beer in the world, to our knowledge, made with whole roasted pecans. The Pecans are used just like grain and provide a nutty characteristic and a delightful depth to the flavor profile. This beer is very lightly hopped to allow the malty, caramel, and nutty flavors shine through. The color is dark mahogany.
